Summary
JOB DESCRIPTION
Title: Internal Sales Co-Ordinator
Reporting to: Managing Director
Location: Reading
Purpose: To manage a broad range of internal support functions to provide a quality service to Spurlite’s client database through our Projects and Lighting Department.
Key Responsibilities
To assist the Lighting Design Department in preparing Quotations for our client base.
To be actively involved in preparing Quotations.
To contact our Suppliers for pricing information based on Quotation requirements.
To follow up Quotations with our client base where and when required.
To be interested in the Lighting Industry, with a keen interest to progress in our company. The successful candidate will be required to undertaken internal training in our Lighting Department to gain experience and the skillset required for internal progression.
Customer Service – Ensure a high quality of customer service to existing and potential customers.
Customer Communications – Proactively develop beneficial relationships with customers.
Skill Set

• Some technical knowledge of the Lighting industry would be preferred.
