Summary
Our client in Bristol are looking for a Membership Administrator to focus on the recruitment, retaining, and renewal of club members throughout the UK and Europe.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure membership renewals have taken place each month, and follow up on renewals that have not automatically been processed via direct debit. This will involve telephone calls as well as email follow-ups.
- Recruitment of new members will also form part of your role, via social media posts, email, telephone calls, and trade exhibitions. Will involve contacting previous members to talk about membership renewal, and the development of other channels to recruit new members.
- All our members and enquiries have the same common interest, and are motor vehicle enthusiasts, so there is no cold calling involved.
Essential:
- Be used to working to KPIs and targets for renewals.
- Working under your own initiative to follow up calls / emails for membership.
- Be outgoing with a professional but lively personality to speak to members about their renewals.
- IT literate for using our CRM system and Microsoft Office (Outlook / Word / Excel).
- Hybrid working. Home-based monitored role via IT based systems, with attendance when required.
Hours of Work: 37 hours per week, including evenings and Saturdays.
