Summary
As an Early Years Practitioner, you'll be more than just a caregiver; you'll be a guide, a storyteller, a cheerleader, and sometimes a comforting shoulder. You'll help children aged 0-5 years explore the world, develop essential life skills, and flourish in a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment.

Alongside this
• Experience: Hands-on experience working with children under 5 in a professional setting.
• Qualifications: A relevant Early Years qualification (Level 2/3 or equivalent) and a commitment to continued professional development.
• Knowledge: A sound understanding of the EYFS framework and how it supports child development.
• Passion: A genuine love for early years education and a desire to make a real difference in children’s lives.
• Commitment: Dedication to the principles of inclusion, safeguarding, and equality of opportunity for all.
• Communication Excellent communication skills to build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
• Diligence: Attention to detail to ensure safeguarding, health & safety, and learning documentation are consistently maintained.
• Adaptability: Flexibility, teamwork, and a proactive attitude to support a busy, vibrant nursery environment.
Hours of work: we are open from 8.00-5.45, 37 hours to be flexible around opening times, full time and term time contracts considered, please state in application which you are applying for.
