Summary

Hours: 35 to include some evenings and weekends, but can be flexible for the right candidate
Salary: £32,667 plus mileage reimbursement and on call payment when covering for Designated Safeguarding Lead

Marches Family Network is looking for a dedicated and compassionate Family Support Co-ordinator to join our team. In this varied and rewarding role, you’ll be the first point of contact for families, providing direct support, advice, and advocacy. You’ll help shape and deliver our family services, organise inclusive events, and promote our work across the community.
We're looking for someone with experience in supporting families of children with disabilities, strong organisational skills, and a professional, empathetic approach. You'll need to be confident using digital tools, able to work independently, and committed to safeguarding and inclusion.
We offer an enhanced DBS check and high quality training.
