Summary
Work in partnership with young people and their parents / carers through:Support Groups / education awareness sessionsSatisfaction surveysService DevelopmentAttending relevant conferences and network meetings (peer support and shared learning)Management of a telephone service to provide advice, support and coordination of services. Communication of complex information, which will often be required in highly emotiveand often hostile environments.Responsibility for a clinical coordinator led clinic within the Trust for Young people with CFS/ME. Organise and facilitate case conferences as required.
