Who We’re Looking For
We’re seeking enthusiastic and experienced language instructors who are:
Fluent/native speakers in one or more major world languages.
Confident teaching online via video call platforms (e.g., Zoom, Google Meet).
Experienced educators with a background in teaching or tutoring (formal qualifications are a plus).
Passionate communicators who love sharing language and culture.
Reliable and organized, with a commitment to student success.
Fluent/native-level proficiency in your target teaching language.
Strong command of English for communicating with learners (especially beginners).
Prior teaching/tutoring experience preferred (TEFL/TESOL/other certifications a bonus).
A quiet, professional teaching environment with a stable internet connection.
Familiarity with online teaching tools and platforms.
Role Overview:
As an Online IELTS Instructor at Telnoch Learning, you will provide tailored, engaging lessons to students preparing for the International English Language Testing System (IELTS) exam. You will work closely with students to develop their skills in all four test areas: Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality, interactive IELTS lessons to students of various proficiency levels
Prepare customized lesson plans based on individual student needs and goals
Provide clear and constructive feedback on students' work, helping them improve their IELTS scores
Monitor student progress and adjust lessons as necessary to address areas of difficulty
Conduct mock IELTS tests and practice exercises
Stay up-to-date with the latest IELTS exam formats and teaching methodologies
Offer guidance on test-taking strategies, time management, and stress management
Maintain a professional and supportive learning environment for students
Be available for occasional evening and weekend sessions, as needed
Maintain a complete and attractive tutor profile on the Telnoch platform.
