Summary

Newstatff Employment Services is recruiting for a Commercial Property Solicitor on behalf of our Northampton based client.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a talented Commercial Property Solicitor to join a busy Legal 500 recognised team, based at their Kettering office.

The firm is very well established and is expanding, so there will be lots of opportunities for future growth and progression.

Experience Required:

• Individuals with a range of experience between NQ to 3 years PQE will be considered.
• You will have the opportunity to work independently, manage your own caseload and have direct client contact from the start to the end of transactions.
• You will also benefit from the guidance and support of the wider Commercial Property teams covering Northamptonshire, including 6 Partners.

This is a role where your voice will be heard, with genuine scope for a challenging, but supported career. On top of that, you’ll have first-class support from their award-winning Marketing Team, to assist with business development opportunities.

Scope of work:

You’ll have the opportunity to work on a range of property matters, including, but not limited to:

• leases
• freehold property
• development land
• agricultural property
• acting for SIPPS/SASSs, corporates, individuals
• dealing with commercial lenders
• Option Agreements, Promotion Agreements, and Overage

And pretty much anything else you may come across in commercial property work.

Requirements

• Qualified solicitor.
• Strong knowledge of commercial property law.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage a caseload of complex matters and meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• An appetite for business development.

Salary: From £45.000 pa to £65,000 pa + benefits
