Summary

The University’s IT Service, iSolutions are looking for the right people to support the delivery of programmes and projects that change how the University uses IT to work. We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Programme/Project Coordinator to join the iSolutions IT Portfolio Team. If that’s you, then we would love to hear from you.

You will work in partnership with the Portfolio Manager, Programme and Project Managers, Programme PMO Lead, the wider programme team and programme sponsors to support the planning and delivery of specified projects, using the University’s best practice project framework to ensure success. This will include coordinating and servicing key programme boards and meetings, overseeing general project communications, maintaining data systems (such as intranet content), supporting the regular operational functions of the Programme PMO, project administration and sustaining key project documentation such as project timelines, risk and decisions logs.

About you:

You’ll be able to work accurately within deadlines and conscious of relevant policies and procedures. You’ll bring excellent communication, strong relationship management and organisational skills together with a keen eye for detail. You’ll be an engaged team member, but also able to work independently and manage your own workload. You’ll have a skill level (including experience and other qualifications) equivalent to the achievement of a professional qualification, with excellent IT skills. You’ll be professional, clear thinking and act as a role model within the IT Portfolio,
