About the Post
We are delighted to be recruiting for an enthusiastic Head of Physics to join our high-performing, forward thinking and cohesive department.
We are looking for an outstanding individual who will relish the opportunity to:
• Lead and develop the curriculum and team-pedagogy, ensuring effective knowledge and expertise in the classroom
• To lead professional development- enabling and empowering subject expertise
• To model a mindset and appetite for continuous self-improvement
• To teach high quality lessons so that all students make good progress
• Promote and safeguard the welfare of children and young people in accordance with our Safeguarding and Child Protection policies
