Summary
The Best Connection are looking for a Strategic Account Manager for our client in Pocklington on a permanent basis.
Our client are leaders in design and manufacture of personal protective equipment for front line organisations in the UK. They drive innovation & dominate the market, and as a result, are seeking a motivated individual to join their sales team in the North of England. As a high calibre Account Manager, you will be rewarded with a great sales incentive bonus plan and many other benefits. Responsibilities: Sales generation from existing accounts with the ability to navigate through procurement department Delivery/Ownership of a defined sales quota The ability to create and put into action a robust Account Management plan Performance against defined Key Performance Indicators The ability to prioritise tasks and functions that deliver against sales targets Regular engagement with key divisional team leaders, including management, marketing and production. Management of a defined geographic territory of customers/accounts Selling to Public Sector and contributing to Frameworks and Tenders Monitoring account performance and providing key insights to senior management About You: Strong sales experience preferably 3-5 years in a similar role The ability to align objectives with buyers and stakeholders Strong collaboration skills Team player with lots of energy Excellent communication skills Performance-oriented with a strong drive for success Self-motivated and driven to achieve exceptional results Proven record of success in Account Management Ability to gain and impart strong product knowledge Experience of working with larger sized businesses Whats on offer: £40,000 base salary A guaranteed review at six months Opportunity for career growth An investment in your personal development through mentoring Holidays with increased service Opportunities to travel overseas Structured commission plan
