Summary
To lead with scoping of new service areas and taking a lead role in implementing new tobacco related services to increase opportunities for people to access tobacco dependence support/treatment Increase their knowledge on EWS subjects such as smoking, weight management, living independently and social isolation and support partnership working and system integration. Act as the key contact for questions and providing expert support on vaping and vaping products and other smoking aids To lead the wider workforce development to access Very Brief Advice (VBA) training in Essex To take a lead role in implementing the National Swap to Stop (S2S) service Act as a key contact for questions, escalation issues and trouble shooting Assisting partners in understanding and utilizing complex public health and wellbeing data Monitor the functioning of partners within the pathway and support development innovate solution to improve on delivery Evaluate any new ways of working with specialist partners. Produces Reports for KPIs and referral data
