This is your opportunity to lead your room with creativity and confidence, in a setting that truly values your skills, ideas, and growth.
What You’ll Be Doing:
As a Room Leader, you’ll play a key role in creating a safe, inclusive, and joyful environment for children to learn and grow. You’ll be the first point of contact for your team and parents, helping to ensure everything runs smoothly, supportively, and with a smile.
Your day-to-day will include:
✔️ Leading and inspiring your team to deliver outstanding care and EYFS learning experiences
✔️ Managing daily room operations, including staff ratios, key person relationships, and planning activities
✔️ Supporting personal development and coaching for room staff
✔️ Communicating effectively with parents, handling any escalated concerns with professionalism and empathy
✔️ Enhancing Continuous Provision with creative, engaging resources
✔️ Promoting and maintaining safeguarding and health & safety practices
✔️ Driving the delivery of positive outcomes for children across the setting
✔️ Helping shape behaviour support strategies using our behaviour buddies system
What Makes This Role Special:
Grow your leadership journey – we’ll support you all the way through Level 5 and beyond
Become a Forest School Leader – if you're passionate about outdoor learning, we’ll help you lead the way
Work your magic – use your talents across the nursery and make the role truly your own
Each room has its own outdoor space – giving you freedom to take learning outside every day
A culture that cares – we’re a close-knit, supportive team that always has your back
Who We’re Looking For:✔️ Level 3 qualified in Early Years
✔️ Confident and experienced in leading within a childcare setting
✔️ Knowledgeable in EYFS, safeguarding, and inclusive practice
✔️ Excellent communication, organisation, and teamwork skills
✔️ Reflective, enthusiastic, and ready to grow
If you’re ready to lead with passion and be part of a warm, friendly team that supports you every step of the way—we’d love to hear from you.
