We’re working with an excellent secondary school in Telford, offering a full-time, permanent Science teaching role for an Early Career Teacher starting in September 2025. The school is committed to helping ECTs flourish through strong mentoring, career development, and a welcoming environment.

The Role:

• Full-time, permanent Science teaching position starting September 2025

  
  

• Plan and deliver engaging, curriculum-aligned lessons that foster a love of scientific inquiry

  
  

• Inspire and challenge students through creative teaching and strong subject knowledge in biology, chemistry, and physics

  
  

• Collaborate with experienced colleagues and benefit from tailored ECT support throughout your induction

  
  

• Take part in school life and contribute to a positive, inclusive learning environment

  
  

  What We're Looking For:

  • QTS (achieved or pending for September 2025) – we welcome applications from ECTs

    
    

  • A 2:1 degree or higher in Science or a related field (e.g., Biology, Chemistry, Physics)

    
    

  • A solid understanding of the Science curriculum and effective teaching strategies

    
    

  • Confident classroom presence with strong communication and organisational skills

    
    

  • A positive, reflective approach and a genuine passion for education
