Summary
We are a growing company currently expanding our operations, and we are seeking a highly experience Lithographic Printer to join our dynamic Print Operations Team. Sponsorship Available (Skilled Worker Visa). This is a key role within a high-volume commercial print environment, ideal for someone with strong technical skills, a passion for quality, and a proven track record in production efficiency. Key Responsibilities
• Operate and maintain industrial printing machinery (Flexo, Litho, Heidelberg, Digital, etc.)
• Oversee production scheduling and optimise workflow
• Work with finishing/binding equipment (e.g. guillotining, booklet making)
• Ensure quality control and adherence to production standards
• Collaborate with the production and operations teams to meet deadlines
• Use print MIS systems for tracking and reporting
• Always follow health and safety procedures

Required Experience
• Minimum 5 years in high-volume commercial or industrial printing
• Deep understanding of digital and/or offset print processes (e.g. Heidelberg, Speedmaster)
• Familiarity with finishing and packaging (slitting, rewinding, die-cutting, label printing)
• Experience in shift-based or 24/7 production environments
• Skilled in operating forklifts or pallet trucks (preferred)
