Summary
Directly supervise and coordinate the activities of maintenance teams, construction workers, and subcontractors across assigned sites.
Liaise with managers and contractors to resolve operational issues and ensure maintenance tasks integrate smoothly with construction activities.
Establish and manage work schedules to meet site-specific productivity targets and project deadlines.
Monitor performance of staff and subcontractors, ensuring work is completed to quality, safety, and compliance standards.
Determine and recommend resource needs, including staffing, materials, and tools, to meet project and maintenance requirements.
Conduct regular inspections of sites and equipment, ensuring preventive and corrective maintenance is carried out efficiently.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance work, schedules, and incident reports, using digital systems where applicable.
Provide regular reports to senior management on progress, issues, and recommendations to improve site maintenance operations.
