Summary
To prepare designs for major capital works in accordance with NHS Health Technical Memorandum (HTMs) and Health Building Notes (HBNs), British Standards and all current legislation Engage with local site teams, clinicians, Board, and trust wide stakeholders at all relevant project boards and project meetings. To determine the most appropriate procurement strategy and contract terms taking into account the scale and complexity of a project and the level of risk to the organisation Ensure appropriate management of all phases of the construction project including procurement and contract for all schemes under your control. Build and maintain positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders that enhance the reputation of the company and develop strong working relationships with HDFT
