Summary
We are seeking to appoint a part time/relief cook to work Thursday and Friday each week approximately 10 hours across the two day sand to cover for absence, holidays, maternity or when additional staff are required. Some knowledge of Food Safety/HACCP desirable but training can be provided. Ideally the candidate will have experience of cooking for groups (15 + people).
