Summary
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook a variety of traditional Indian dishes, including curries, tandoori items, biryanis, and more.
Ensure that all dishes are prepared of the highest quality and meet the restaurant's standards.
Manage kitchen inventory and ingredients, ensuring freshness and quality.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, following all health and safety regulations.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of orders.
Assist the head chef in developing new menu items.
Oversee food presentation to ensure it meets the food hygiene standards.
Key Requirements:
Proven experience as a Chef, preferably in an Indian restaurant or similar environment.
Attention to detail and passion for delivering exceptional food.
Ability to maintain high standards of hygiene and food safety.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
