Summary

We are seeking to appoint a skilful, dedicated, and enthusiastic part-time lecturer to join our hairdressing team.

Whilst teaching experience is an advantage, we welcome applicants who hold a wealth of industry knowledge and skills to pass on to our students. You will be based at our Watford Campus with our excellent facilities.

You will be able to promote, support, and embed English and maths skills in the planning and delivery of all teaching.

The ideal candidate will hold a formal Hairdressing qualification to Level 3 and an Assessor Award. Barbering qualifications and experience will be an advantage.

A teaching qualification is desirable, although full training to obtain teacher training qualifications will be supported if you are not yet qualified.

You’ll have the full support of a dynamic team and opportunities to bring your ideas to the role. Training and development are at the heart of everything we do, so you’ll be actively encouraged to upskill.

You can access a wide range of discounts and benefits, including a cycle-to-work scheme, free on-site parking, pension, generous holiday scheme, time off at Christmas, and early finishes on a Friday.

The successful candidate will be working 30 hours per week at our Watford Campus.
