Summary
What skills and experience we're looking for
We are actively seeking an outstanding EYFS Teacher who has experience of leading the EYFS phase or has successfully led a core subject. Are you passionate about EYFS education and possess excellent leadership skills? Do you have the drive to lead and shape our EYFS provision and have a firm understanding of the EYFS framework and child development?
What we are looking for:
• A qualified EYFS Teacher with UK QTS and a track record of delivering high-quality early years education.
• Be a proven, strong EYFS teacher who has a clear understanding of high-quality teaching, learning, curriculum and curriculum design.
• Experience of leading EYFS, or experience of leading and enhancing learning in a core subject or phase.
• A strong understanding of the EYFS framework and child development and the pivotal role this phase has in children’s overall development.
• A proactive and inspiring leader who can support and develop the EYFS team.
• A commitment to creating a nurturing, inclusive, and engaging learning environment.
• A commitment to developing an engaging and exciting curriculum, providing children with practical learning experiences set within a very strong learning environment.
• Experience of teaching RWI in EYFS.
• Ability to work collaboratively with parents, including presentations.
