About the role of Health & Safety Manager
My client specialises in a variety of schemes ranging from high-end residential, industrial units, commercial office buildings and more.
Responsibilities for Health & Safety Manager
- Carry out training and inductions for new members joining the business.
- Monitor and maintain local legislation's.
- Proactively look to improve and develop the businesses H&S standards and policies
- Promote campaigns across the business advocating Health, Safety & Well being
- Regularly set up H&S meetings with the board and local committee
- Build and manage relationships with clients
Requirements for Health & Safety Manager
- NEBOSH Qualified
- Previous experience carrying out site audits and risk assessments.
- A strong understanding of Health & Safety legislation's
- Strong communication skills both written ad verbal
