We're excited to offer an opportunity to join our Graduate Trainee Tutor Programme-a structured training pathway designed to help you build your confidence and grow into a skilled and impactful tutor.
We encourage applications from individuals who meet one of the following:

Recent university graduates (with a degree in English, Maths, or Science - 360 credits or a valid degree certificate).

Our training and development programme provides:

In-Person Induction
A 2-hour group session covering key topics such as lesson planning, setting learning objectives, and tracking student progress.

As a Graduate Trainee Tutor, you'll:

Begin with thoughtfully matched placements (online or in-school for KS3 to KS5 learners).

Work toward completing a minimum of 52 tuition hours.
Work toward completing a minimum of 52 tuition hours.

Receive regular support, feedback, and guidance to ensure quality delivery.
