We are currently recruiting for a compassionate and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join a specialist school in Tameside, supporting students aged 11-19 with significant learning difficulties, autism, and complex needs.
The school is seeking individuals with a therapeutic and nurturing approach, ideally with previous experience in a similar setting. We also welcome applications from recent psychology graduates and support workers from learning disabilities backgrounds who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of young people.
You will be providing tailored support to students with additional behavioural needs, either on a one-to-one basis or in small group settings. This is a highly rewarding opportunity for someone who is looking to contribute meaningfully to the educational and emotional development of young learners.
The school is conveniently located near Ashton town centre, with excellent transport links and easy access to major motorway networks.
