About the School:

We are proud to be working with a highly regarded SEN school in Totton, Hampshire, currently rated 'Good' by Ofsted. The school provides a supportive and inclusive learning environment for pupils aged 2-19 years with a wide range of moderate, severe, and profound learning difficulties. These include Autism, Speech and Language Disorders, and Sensory Impairments.

Role:
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Learning Support Assistants to join a caring and experienced team committed to making a difference. You will help foster a safe and stimulating setting where every pupil is encouraged to reach their full potential-academically, socially, and emotionally.

This role is well suited to individuals who have experience in either education or health and social care and are passionate about supporting pupils with special educational needs. While previous experience in a SEN school is beneficial, we welcome applicants with the right attitude and a desire to learn.

Responsibilities:

Support pupils with a range of learning difficulties in both one-to-one and group settings.

Requirements:

Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant, ideally in a SEN or primary school setting.
