We're looking for enthusiastic and caring Teaching Assistants to join a team at a specialist school in Effingham, Surrey. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a diverse group of students, aged 11-16, who are autistic and need a little extra support to thrive.

- Promote independence: Help students develop their skills and become more independent.
