The Role

* Obtaining accurate meter readings from customers across the Cambridge region.
* Engaging with customers to ensure their billing is correct and identifying any vulnerable customers.
* You will represent a leading water provider that provides the highest standards of service to 1.7m customers across both South
Staffordshire and Cambridgeshire.
* Identifying unusual consumption trends, reporting any leaks, and identifying any meters for replacement.
* Always maintaining a high level of customer service satisfaction.
* Ensure all data is accurate and recorded onto our systems



What You’ll Need

* You must have a full and valid driving license.
* A strong and adaptable attitude in diverse work scenarios by being flexible and responsive.
* Attention to detail is essential to ensure accurate documentation of meter readings to a high standard.
* Ability to work alone and prioritise your workload.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Previous experience in fieldwork would be advantageous but not essential.
