Summary
Job Title: PPHS Assistant Therapy Practitioner Band: 4 Unit/Department: Gynaecology CSU/Directorate: Womens JOB PURPOSE To work within the pelvic health physiotherapy outpatient team providing specialist clinical skills and administrative and organisational support with minimal guidance. The post holder will work independently to support, improve and evaluate the patient pathway from referral to discharge. There will be liaison with clinical staff, MDT, admin, patients and management. The post holder will organise the learning and supervision structure within the team in conjunction with the physiotherapy and MDT team. The post holder will manage a caseload of suitable patients independently and be able to work with infrequent supervision from Physiotherapists. This may involve initial screening of patients or delivering prescribed treatment following physiotherapy assessment
