Summary

A Vacancy at St George's University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust.


We are looking for an experienced children’s nurse who have the skills and experience to deliver expert nursing care, advice and support in facilitating children and families to manage their long term health conditions proactively within Endocrinology specialities .The posts will allow you to become an autonomous practitioner leading and developing the speciality service for the children. You will provide teaching and education to the families and the multidisciplinary teams across primary, secondary and social care sectors. The post holders will deliver nurse led services, within a hospital setting, with telephone advice to enhance patient care under the management of the Matron and the Consultants.
