Summary
Search Recruitment are looking for general Building Maintenance Operative to take on work in Edinburgh city centre in a student accommodation building. Most of the duties will be Plan Preventative Maintenance (PPM) of small works throughout the communal areas.
Up to £17.00 per hour and long term contracts available.
The candidate must -
- Have experience they can reference from past employers
- Basic tools required.
- Have the right to work in the UK
Working days/ hours -
- 30 hours per week split across 4 days.
- 7.5 hours a day.
-Flexible with days
Pay types -
- Weekly payments every Friday
- PAYE from our in house dedicated payroll team
- CIS
