Summary

The income from our shops and online platforms play a vital role in raising essential funds for children and families at a time they need it most.
For aspiring Shop Managers & Area Managers we have a structured, competency-based development tool, focused on supporting individuals to develop confidence and skills in all areas of their role, including online, internal and external training.
From driving our retail vans, to carrying out maintenance on our shops, it takes a whole team to make our retail operation a success; If you are looking to develop your career within our retail team there is a clear path to suit your goals across our shops, retail distribution centre and online platforms.

Role is split across 2 EACH sites in Thetford:
• Retail Distribution Centre – IP24 1HP
• Lime Kiln Lane – IP24 2BU
Part Time - 14 hours (2 days) per week
• Working days - Tuesday & Wednesday
Permanent Contract
£12.21 per hour

Working at both our Retail Distribution Centre and office in our Lime Kiln Lane shop, both in Thetford, the Digital Sales Assistant is responsible for:
• Assisting the e-commerce manager in maximising sales of donated goods online.
• Maintaining consistency in the quality, pricing, description & photography of listings.
• Ensuring the timely dispatch of sold items.
• Providing excellent customer service and adheres to EACH guidance of being Generous, Pragmatic & Savvy (GPS).
• Promoting a positive and supportive working environment.
Working within our EACH eBay team, the Digital Sales Assistant will support both the eCommerce and department managers to maximise the sale of donations, achieve sales targets, and increase profitability.
The Digital Sales Assistant will also support the department manager in ensuring the timely dispatch of all sold items and encourage and support shop teams at East Anglia’s Children’s Hospices (EACH).
