We’re looking for Registered Nurses (preferably RGNs or RMNs—or those with solid general nursing experience) who are passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred care. As a Care Home Nurse, you’ll play a vital role in supporting the health and wellbeing of our residents. This is your chance to make a genuine difference in a warm and welcoming home environment.

What You’ll Do:
• Provide direct nursing care within a residential setting
• Administer medication and treatments in line with prescribed plans
• Monitor and assess residents' conditions, referring to specialists where needed
• Support residents with activities of daily living (e.g. personal hygiene, mobility)
• Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to deliver tailored care plans
What We’re Looking For:
✓ Have at least 1 year of nursing experience (preferred)
✓ Deliver compassionate, person-focused care with empathy and respect
✓ Communicate clearly and effectively with residents, families, and colleagues
✓ Have strong clinical skills including medication administration and wound care
✓ Can prioritise workload and adapt in a fast-paced care home environment
• Contract Type: Zero-hour contract (flexible working)
• Pay: £20.00 per hour
• Shift Pattern: Flexible shifts available—7:00am to 7:00pm (Days) and 7:00pm to 7:00am (Nights)
