Summary
This role provides visible clinical knowledge, expertise and leadership for nurses and other health professionals providing care in an inpatient setting whilst working with mental health community services and community and acute providers to ensure safe, high quality and effective delivery of care. You will be accountable for acute care community based teams to include bed management, site management team and 136 suite (on-site at the Redwoods Centre), be visible and available to ward/community team staff, patients and carers and be responsive to their experiences of care and concerns about the ward environment.
