Summary
To manage effective and efficient working practices for patient flow across both hospital sites, base North Tees. Ensure the use of predictor tools and electronic systems to enhance the process of managing capacity and demand proactively. Work with all clinical areas to develop long term strategies for capacity management which responds to changes in health care delivery. Continue to deliver a standardised approach within the Patient Flow Ream to ensure consistency to decision making. Lead, manage, develop and deliver systems and processes to promote continuous service improvement in service delivery, with emphasis on reducing harm and improving patient flow and experience.
