Summary
Please refer to the enclosed Job description. Close working relationship with the Orthopaedic Clinicians and nursing team, ability to work autonomously. Excellent communication skills Demonstrate specialist expertise and advance clinical skills to assess trauma patients. Liaise with external partners in the best interests for trauma patients. Conduct Trauma Virtual clinics Facilitate daily post round ward rounds, assist in the preparation of daily trauma operating lists. Ensure all Trauma & Orthopaedic outliers are reviewed daily with plan of care. Support education / advice for clinical and nursing staff responsible for looking after Trauma orthopaedics patients within the trust Oversea and manage the National Hip Fracture Database (NHFD) and lead monthly validation checks
