  • Manage and coordinate survey data workflows, from collection through to final reporting.

  • Collaborate with design and construction teams to support planning, set-out, and progress tracking.

  • Ensure legal boundary compliance and maintain updated site records.

  • Lead quality control and audit processes for all surveying data and outputs.

  • Assist with bid proposals and planning by providing expert survey input during project tender stages.

About You:

  • Tertiary qualification in Surveying, Geospatial Science, or related discipline.

  • 5+ years of experience in construction surveying, including senior or supervisory roles.

  • Proficiency with industry software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Trimble Business Center, Leica Infinity).

  • Excellent organisational and leadership skills.

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Registration or accreditation as a Licensed Surveyor (preferred but not essential).
