Summary

Cloud Infrastructure Engineer - Bristol (Hybrid) - c£50k + excellent benefits

A leader in the education sector is looking for a Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to help with their migration from on-prem into a hybrid Azure environment. You will be working alongside the wider IT team and closely with the Head of IT, Project Managers and third-party suppliers, ensuring the migration of their on-prem servers into Azure. You will assist in the design of the solution, and working with the technical rollout.

As the successful Cloud Infrastructure Engineer, you will have:

  • Strong knowledge of software and hardware (Microsoft office, networking, software, internet etc)
  • Excellent skills in Active Directory, EntraID, Exchange/ Exchange Online, O365 etc
  • A strong background in Azure cloud technologies
  • Good experience with Azure Cloud Services (ideally in hybrid environments)
  • Experience in migrating services to the Cloud
  • Excellent communications skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills
