Are you an ambitious accounts assistant or part-qualified/trainee Management Accountant ready to make a real impact with an amazing UK Charity?
We're hiring for an Assistant Management Accountant to support a diverse portfolio of local teams and help drive informed financial decision-making that supports community programs.
Key Responsibilities of Assistant Management Accountant:
Guide and support local teams in budget planning, forecasting, and financial compliance
Monitor and analyse the financial performance of projects and social enterprises
Prepare funding packages and assess viability of new programs
Deliver training and financial advice to non-financial stakeholders
Liaise with regional and central teams to ensure smooth financial operations
What We’re Looking For:(Assistant Management Accountant)
Part-qualified CCAB (CIMA/ACCA etc) Accountant
Strong Excel and accounting systems experience
Great communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
Ability to explain finance to non-finance colleagues
Flexibility and willingness to travel across the region
