Summary
Provide urgent, on-the-day care for patients, from initial history taking, clinical assessment, diagnosis, treatment and evaluation of care. Support the management of long-term conditions where needed. Undertake home visits to patients. Work both independently and collaboratively, with senior clinician support always available.
