About the Role:
ProForce Personnel is looking for a skilled NPI Quality & Yield Engineer to join our client, a leading semiconductor engineering firm, based in Royal Wootton Bassett. In this role, you'll lead efforts to improve product yield and quality, working closely with design, test, supply chain teams, and foundry partners.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyse manufacturing and test data to identify trends and improvement areas.
Lead root cause analysis and resolve early-stage yield issues.
Drive quality and process control initiatives with fab partners.
Oversee yield data systems and ensure reliability and accuracy.
Track project performance, including schedule, cost, and risk.
Develop measurement plans and lead yield improvement projects.
Share best practices and continuous improvement learnings across teams.
What We’re Looking For:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.
Understanding of CMOS technology and semiconductor processes.
Proficient in quality tools (FMEA, MSA, GR&R, SPC, 8D, 5-Why, Pareto, IATF 16949).
Skilled in data analysis tools (e.g. JMP, Minitab, Python, MATLAB).
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
