They are looking for a Head Chef to join their kitchen on a permanent, full-time basis.
What’s the role?
Our client is looking for an Asian Fusion Cuisine Head Chef who will be responsible for the following:
- Develop and create menus, considering seasonal ingredients, customer preferences, and dietary restrictions.
- Managing and leading a brigade of 6.
- Provide training and support to your team.
- Managing inventory and ordering stock, purchase orders, rotas, costings, budgets, profit and dealing with suppliers.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and hygiene standards.
What do you need as a Head Chef in an Asian fusion restaurant?
- Level 2/3 Food Hygiene
- Food allergen
- Experience in Asian Cuisine is essential.
- Proven track record of leading, managing, and developing a team
