A welcoming and inclusive secondary school in Stourbridge is seeking a Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant to join their dedicated team after the Easter break. This is a full-time, long-term role that offers invaluable experience for those considering a future in teaching, educational psychology, or SEN support.

The Role:

  • Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant – Secondary School setting


  • Full-time, long-term role for the remainder of the academic year


  • Opportunity to earn up to £520 per week


  • Supportive team environment with mentoring from experienced educators


  • Work 1:1 and in small groups with students who need additional support


  • Learn tailored strategies to assist with emotional regulation, academic progress, and confidence building
