Summary
We\\'re currently recruiting a dedicated Storeman to help ensure the smooth running of the operations in Whipsnade Zoo.As a Storeman, you will use your skills to maintain a high standard of quality work. What you\\'ll be doing:
- Unloading goods.
- Receiving Temperature control goods and checking against invoice.
- Inspecting for damage.
- Moving goods and transporting around the Zoo.
- Stocking shelves.
- Stacking bulky goods safely.
- Picking goods from shelves and recording their movements.
- Data entry and paperwork/ stock taken
- Moving heavy pallets and goods around unit
- Completing ordering form
- Physically demanding
Who you are:
- Good communication skills, written and oral in English
- ability to adhere to all H&S and Food Safety practices
- previous food handling/catering experience advantageous
- Flexible attitude
