Summary
Title: LGV Cat C+E (Class 1) Driver / LGV1 Cat C+E Bulk Tipper Drivers The Best Connection are currently recruiting for HGV Class 1 (LGV C+E) Tramper Drivers on behalf of our client in South Shields. This role involves working Monday to Friday with night outs in the cab, and is expected to run for at least 3 months.
The Role: Tramping Monday to Friday - sleeping in the cab required. Operating Class 1 vehicles with tipper trailers. Delivering and tipping loads at various customer sites. Adhering to all safety and road regulations at all times. Completing daily vehicle checks and maintaining accurate paperwork. The Candidate: Must hold a valid UK Class 1 (LGV C+E) licence, in-date CPC and Digi card. Tipper experience is preferred but not essential. Must be comfortable with tramping and night outs in the cab. Professional and reliable with a strong work ethic. Hours & Pay: Monday to Friday schedule. £16.50 per hour (PAYE). £25 per night out allowance. Overtime rates apply (details discussed on registration).
