Summary
The Best Connection are recruiting for a Production Line Leader within the food industry, local to the Chichester area. You will be working in a chilled environment.
Duties to include, but not limited to: Ensure all products are packed to specifications Lead and manage team members to ensure standards are met Carry out machinery inspections Complete timesheets and other administrative duties within set timeframes Check and record staff performance and attendance Escalate issues to the Production Supervisor Complete further training as and when required Adhere to health and safety regulations and audit requirements Who is the person: Previous experience in the food industry is essential Previous experience working within a chilled environment is desirable Able to lead a team, by communicating well, training and delegating tasks Able to update staff in group settings Excellent IT skills - Microsoft programs Own transport would be preferred due to office location.
The working hours are Monday to Sunday, working a pattern of 4 days on, 3 days off, 12 hour days.
The annual salary is £32,121.
