About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and professional individual to join our team in a key business support role. You will play an important part in helping the College run smoothly and efficiently, contributing to the overall learner and staff experience.

We have exciting opportunities for Learning Support Practitioners to join our ALS team, part of our wide-ranging Learner Services team. In this pivotal role you will provide support to students with additional needs enabling them to achieve success on their chosen programme of study and take their next steps into further learning, work or training. The role may require you to support learners in all Curriculum areas across the College.
To be successful in this role you will need to be an enthusiastic individual with excellent communication skills and have relevant experience within this field.
Requirements
Must-Have:
• Minimum Level 2 qualification in literacy and numeracy, or equivalent
• Appropriate Level 3 qualification or equivalent
• Experience of working with people with learning difficulties and/or disabilities, or other support needs
