We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Leasehold & Income Officer S02 to join our dynamic team in the generic industry. In this role, you will play a critical part in managing leasehold properties and ensuring the efficient collection of rents and other income streams. As a Leasehold & Income Officer, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of lease management, conducting regular audits, and resolving any tenant-related issues that may arise. Your expertise will ensure that our income-generating activities are streamlined, compliant with relevant regulations, and aligned with our organizational goals. You will collaborate with various departments to develop strategies for improving our leasehold portfolio while actively engaging with tenants to maintain positive relationships and address concerns promptly. Responsibilities
Manage leasehold properties and ensure compliance with lease agreements.
Oversee the collection of rents and other income, ensuring timely payments.
Conduct regular audits of accounts and records related to leasehold income.
Investigate and resolve tenant complaints and disputes promptly and effectively.
Prepare and maintain accurate records of all lease agreements and transactions.
Collaborate with the finance department to reconcile income statements and budget forecasts.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance tenant engagement and satisfaction.Collect and analyze data to inform decisions regarding lease renewals and negotiations.
Requirements
Proven experience in leasehold property management or a similar role.
Strong understanding of property laws and regulations.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to communicate effectively with tenants and stakeholders.
Proficient in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret financial data.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.
Hours Per Week: 36.50
Start Time: 07:00
End Time: 17:30
Pay Per Hour: £22.15
