My client are expanding their Sensors Team and looking for a skilled Internal Technical Support Engineer who thrives in a problem-solving, customer-focused environment.
With decades of expertise in the industry, my client are known for being one of the leading distributors of electrical products. They have built an outstanding reputation for stock availability and customer service, and are continuing to grow!
️ What you'll be doing:
-Advising on sensor and safety products (RFID, limit switches, light curtains & more)
-Solving customer challenges (including finding alternatives to obsolete parts)
-Collaborating via phone/email to interpret specs & provide tailored quotes
-Staying up to date with training from industry leaders like Omron, Sick, and Pepperl+Fuchs
What we're looking for:
-Technical expertise in sensor products
-Experience in electrical/sensor sectors
-Attention to detail & a team player mindset
