Position Summary
We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for our clients and candidates, providing exceptional service and support while facilitating the recruitment process.​

Key Responsibilities
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.

Provide accurate information about our services and assist clients with their recruitment needs.

Analyze customer requirements to ensure optimal service delivery.

Perform data entry tasks to maintain accurate records of client interactions.

Upsell additional services when appropriate to enhance client satisfaction.

Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette while communicating with clients and candidates.

Collaborate with team members to improve service processes and outcomes.

Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

Adhere to company policies and procedures.​

Requirements
Proficient in English, both verbal and written.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to analyze customer needs and provide tailored solutions.

Experience with data entry and maintaining accurate records.

Familiarity with upselling techniques is beneficial but not required.

Multilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.

Basic experience with MS Word, Excel, and email communication.

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training is a plus.​
