The candidate will lead the commercial functions of a digital asset company focused on the resale of premium domain names. Your core responsibilities include driving lead generation, managing sales operations, overseeing CRM systems and reporting, and executing outbound marketing initiatives. You will be responsible for building a sales pipeline, nurturing prospects, and optimizing systems to support revenue growth in the domain name aftermarket.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and manage lead generation strategies to attract potential buyers for domain assets.
• Build and maintain a sales pipeline through outbound campaigns, direct outreach, and strategic follow-ups.
• Manage and optimize CRM platforms to ensure accurate customer records, activity tracking, and reporting.
• Analyze CRM and marketing data to generate actionable insights and performance reports.
• Execute email marketing campaigns to engage potential buyers and generate leads.
• Set pricing strategies for domain assets in line with market trends and buyer behavior.
• Coordinate listings and maintain accurate inventory across distribution channels and marketplaces (e.g., Afternic, Dan, Sedo).
• Integrate and maintain third-party sales platforms via feeds to enhance distribution and tools to streamline domain sales operations.
• Handle inbound sales queries, negotiate deals, and oversee the sales closing process.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define KPIs and track business performance.

Skills & Competencies:
• Strong experience in digital sales, lead generation, and CRM management.
• Knowledge of domain name aftermarket and relevant sales platforms.
• Proficiency in using sales and marketing tools (e.g., HubSpot, Pipedrive, Mailchimp).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for engaging with prospective buyers.
• Analytical mindset with attention to data-driven performance tracking.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple operational streams.

• Background in digital sales, SaaS, or online marketplaces.
• Familiarity with domain sales platforms (e.g., Afternic, Sedo, Dan) and listing optimization.
