Job Title: Customer Service Advisor

Salary/Hourly Rate: £12.25
Job Type: Temporary position start on 1st of May
Working hours/days: 9am-8pm Monday to Thursday with overtime available! (4 day working week!!)

General Duties of Customer Service Advisor:
- Conducting short surveys for students
- Making outbound calls to course attendees
- Paying attention to student's feedback
- Recording accurate information on the system
- General admin duties
General Requirements of Customer Service Advisor:
- Previous experience working in a similar role
- Customer service skills - both face to face and over the telephone
- Eagerness to learn
- Outstanding communication skills - both verbal and written
